These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the R.P. Builders website and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

R.P. Builders provides the following services through this platform:

Sale of construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, steel, etc.)
Room booking services (short-term stays)
Tenant rental management (long-term leases)
Construction project management and costing
Business ERP tools for authorized staff members

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
One account per individual. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders & Purchases

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

4. Room Bookings

Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Guests must follow property rules and regulations during their stay.
Damage to property will be charged to the guest.

5. Tenant Agreements

Rent is due as per the lease agreement terms.
Late payment may attract penalties as specified in the lease.
Tenants must maintain the property in good condition.
Notice period and termination clauses are as per the signed lease agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments.
Cash payments may be accepted for in-person transactions.
All completed transactions are final unless covered by our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of R.P. Builders and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

R.P. Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
